If you're having trouble logging in, here are some steps you can take to try and rectify the problem.

In your browser window, go to your internet options - in Internet Explorer, you'll click Tools and then Internet Options.
In the 'General' window, click the option to "Delete Cookies". You'll also want to "Delete Files" (it may say delete 'temporary' files),
and clear your history, all of which should be in the area or in a related area in your internet options.
Restart your computer to apply these settings and generate a new session. Once you've restarted the computer, open up a new browser window.
In the new browser, do not use a bookmark to access the site - type the URL directly into the address bar of the browser, and then attempt to log in once you reach the site.
